Now’s the time, once again, to join me for some office hours is upon us! In lieu of simply fielding questions about how not to go crazy in isolation (which I will happily still do), I thought I’d issue us a bit of an in-meeting rhythm challenge. Last week with the Brats we tried doing the Polyrhythmic hands and feet exercise from Caleb’s Masterclass. It’s a wonderful lesson to strengthen our sense of timing and body control, and I think we should all try it together during the meeting.

There’s nothing to film, and I’ll dance it with you all, but I’ve included my paltry submission from last week (down below) to show how much room for improvement there is. Good luck and I’ll see you next week!
