As announced, a new Masterclass with Macy Sullivan is up at Syncopated! This is the first of a set of videos that constitute the “Before Dancing” series. “Before Dancing” comprises a series of movements and exercises that will help you warm up before dancing and prevent injury. These include: Ankle ABC’s, Wall Planks, Calf Raises, Hip Stabilizer, and Weight Shifts. More videos are coming soon, but for now let’s start with a good warm-up routine!
